Busy year

It's been a long time since I last posted!
Chemo is finished; radiotherapy finished; hair has grown back!!
To all intents and purposes I'm back to normal - but of course I'm not! My joints ache and I feel fatigued as side effects from my cancer blocking drug. I'm not as tolerant as I was. I appreciate the friends who have stood by me and supported me through my treatment - as for the others who couldn't or wouldn't, well I don't chase after them.
Work is difficult - I really don't want the stress any more. Hopefully soon I will just give it up and concentrate on me. We will be very short of money, but as I don't know if or when the cancer will come back, I want to enjoy life, not be too tired from work to do anything in my spare time.
Life is definitely for living and making the most of.
Jamie and I spent the weekend at a Star Trek Convention in London! Touched knuckles with Data (Brent Spiner) and got to meet some of the other stars - fabulous!
We spent some time in London in the summer. Watched GB ladies play Olympic football at Wembley and then spent a day in the Olympic Park - amazing!
Ro and I also spent a day in the Victoria and Albert museum too. We will also be spending a day at the Clothes Show Live in December.
Am hoping to still make and sell some of my craft stuff to help bring in the pennies - but work keeps getting in the way!
Watch this space - I'm not finished yet xx
